For shipments within Ukraine, I use the "Nova Poshta" service, and you'll receive a notification with the tracking number through the Nova Poshta app or SMS.
I ship worldwide. My creations already reside in various corners of the world, from European countries to Japan.
I do NOT ship to countries associated with terrorism or those sponsoring terrorism – my items CANNOT be ordered to russia, Belarus, or Iran.

Additionally, I always include a little something extra as a gift -illustrations or stickers featuring my artwork and a care card with recommendations, along with a fabric cloth for you to clean and maintain the brilliance of your jewelry.
I do not engage in melting or casting with customer-provided metal.
However, if you want to order jewelry in gold and have unwanted gold pieces, you can use them to reduce the cost of gold.
This is done as follows:
1. You send me your old gold jewelry.
2. I send them for refining - the process of purifying metal from impurities. In simple terms, your jewelry will yield pure 999-grade gold.
3. We can then use this gold for your new piece, reducing the overall cost.
As gold is an expensive metal, this method allows for a significant reduction in the cost of the final piece.

The exception is coatings—often, I can change the coating on a finished piece.

I handcraft all my items, considering your individual preferences - size, coating, stones.
This is a lengthy, intricate, and unique process created specifically for you, so I cannot offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform me within 3 days of placing the order.
Each order involves my working time, a resource I cannot retrieve.
Therefore, after 3 days from order placement, I do not offer the option to cancel the order.
It depends on what and when you want to change.
For example, if you want to choose a different stone from the gemstone catalog or a different coating, yes, that can be changed because the stone setting and coating process occurs at the final stage of work.
So, if you inform me of these changes in advance, for example, within the first week of placing the order, I can accommodate them.
However, if you want to change the stone after I have already set a different stone in the piece, unfortunately, I won't be able to make that change.
As all my works are unique and handcrafted, we can discuss change possibilities individually.
