UNIQUE JEWELRY CREATED SPECIAL FOR YOU

A custom-made jewelry is a creation tailored to your concept or sketch.

This piece is entirely unique, existing as a one-of-a-kind worldwide specimen.

It can serve as your talisman, a family heirloom, and a cherished artifact, embodying your distinctive narrative and commemorating significant moments.

How an individual precious piece is crafted

Upon receiving your inquiry and confirming its feasibility, I contact you to refine all details. Subsequently, I begin the process of creating a sketch.

After we finalize the sketch with all the details, it's important to note that the actual piece may look different from the 2D image.

The sketch serves as a guide, but the real jewelry is a physical object that can be perceived in various ways.

Once the sketch is approved, I start working on the piece.

I use a meticulous technique, handcrafting the jewelry wax into a master model.

This model is then cast in precious metal. This part of the process takes time and precision, turning the initial sketch into the tangible model of the final piece.

Wax model creation

final steps

After crafting the model, it is cast in precious metal. Following processes such as grinding, polishing, setting stones, and various other stages, we ultimately obtain the finished piece!

And voilà, your concept transforms into a precious item that will stay with you for a lifetime, carrying the potential to be passed down through generations!

IMPORTANT

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

An individual order is a personalized item that I create for the client in a unique instance worldwide.

No discounts, including those for regular clients and first orders, apply to individual orders. These discounts can be used for any jewelry from the catalog, but an individual order is a unique piece that involves extensive and labor-intensive work. I cannot offer discounts for this type of work due to its high complexity and cost of production processes.

The cost of individual orders starts from $700 and depends on the complexity of the work.

Ordering process for an individual order:

1. The client provides a detailed description of their idea: type of jewelry - ring, pendant, earrings, desired parameters, desired stones (if the item includes them), desired plating, and attaches photo examples. I understand your preferences best when I see visual examples.

2. I review the request, and if I can take the order, I provide timelines and costs.

3. After a 50% advance payment or full payment, I start working on sketches and the concept of the jewelry.

4. I develop 1-4 concepts for the future piece. Additional sketches are paid at a rate of $20/sketch. Usually, 1-2 sketches are enough to understand the parameters and concept of the item. Concept development (sketches) is NOT included in the production time. I can start creating the item only after the sketch is approved by the client.

Please note, the timeframe may extend if I can't reach the client to discuss essential information needed to proceed with the order. Or if the client provides crucial data for the beginning of work with a delay, such as the ring size. Or if the client introduces amendments. The extension will be equivalent to the duration of this delay. I can only start directly making the item once we have finalized the design, and I have all the necessary data to begin.

Amendments can only be made at the sketch stage, not the production stage.

During the production, I may contact the client to clarify details and share intermediate photos of the jewelry for discussion, if necessary.

However, I do NOT document the stages of the process for reporting purposes to avoid distraction from the work. I do NOT provide photos of materials, stages, or the unfinished item for reporting.

Important:

Please be aware that everyone's imagination works differently, and you may envision the item differently from how it will turn out. Unfortunately, I cannot show you the final result in advance, as such an item simply does not exist. I thoroughly explain the entire concept, show sketches, and we agree on all the details based on photo examples and sketches, but I cannot pre-show how the finished product will look.

When the work is finished, I take various photos of the item from different angles. I can also shoot a video. At this stage, no amendments can be made.

Additionally:

Canceling an order is only possible no later than 10 business days from the start of work. If you cancel the order later than this period, or refuse the finished item, as compensation for my time spent, I withhold 30% of the order's cost.

The exception is manufacturing defects or errors on my part (for example, I mistakenly inserted the wrong stone). Such situations have not occurred so far, but just in case, I outline these conditions.

By placing an individual order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

P.S. Each order is individual, so the terms may slightly change or be supplemented based on the specific conditions of each order by mutual agreement.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at lisovajewelry@gmail.com, and we will discuss all the details!
